K-Destiny (“the Service”) is operated by Aurora Labs, an individual operator based in the Republic of Korea, reachable at contact@auroralabs.kr. The Service is available at kdestiny.auroralabs.kr.

K-Destiny provides personality insights and life-pattern analysis based on Korean astrology (Saju). All content is generated for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

Nothing on this Service constitutes professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to psychological, financial, medical, legal, or relationship counseling. Do not make major life decisions based solely on content generated by this Service.

Aurora Labs makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or real-world applicability of any generated content. Astrological interpretations are inherently subjective and are not validated by empirical science.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use K-Destiny. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Paid features require a PayPal account. PayPal’s own age requirements apply independently.

You may sign in using your Google account via Google OAuth 2.0. By doing so, you authorize K-Destiny to access your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account, including any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Any consequences arising from providing false, inaccurate, or third-party birth data — including using another person’s Google account without authorization

Aurora Labs bears no liability for reports generated from incorrect or fraudulently submitted information. Aurora Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid reports are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. Aurora Labs does not store your payment card information.

All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). The price is shown clearly before you complete any transaction. Aurora Labs reserves the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

AI-generated reports are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Because the digital product is created and provided at the moment of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds based on disagreement with, or dissatisfaction regarding, the content of the astrological reading.

Exceptions may be considered solely at Aurora Labs’ discretion in cases of verified technical failure that prevented report delivery. To request review, contact contact@auroralabs.kr within 14 days of purchase with your PayPal transaction ID. We will respond within 5 business days.

Initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback without first contacting Aurora Labs constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All content on K-Destiny — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated report content — is the property of Aurora Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Your purchased reports are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute report content without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract report data
• Use the Service to generate content for resale or redistribution
• Circumvent any access controls or authentication mechanisms
• Provide false birth data or use another person’s information without consent
• File fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aurora Labs does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

Aurora Labs expressly disclaims any liability for decisions made by users based on astrological content, which is provided solely for entertainment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurora Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including damages resulting from reliance on any AI-generated content.

Aurora Labs’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Aurora Labs in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Aurora Labs may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
